I shower every day and use the cream every 3rd day. and use the talcum powder every day that I don't use the cream. both products are fab and I no longer have discomfort under my breast.
Find this great for underboobs! Only use a tiny bit daily, so lasts ages, but especially in heat, it keep my skin smooth and fresh
